Job summary
A premier mental health organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive to assist in managing clinical operations. Responsibilities include planning clinical services, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and handling data analysis. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a degree in Business Administration or related fields. A minimum of 2 years in Operations or Administration is essential, with healthcare experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Operations, Administration, or Data Analysis.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and development of clinical services.
- Ensure compliance with operations standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews of procedures for efficiency.
- Manage administrative functions and reporting.
- Perform data analysis and monitor Key Performance Indicators.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in helping to drive the management of operations to deliver the clinical department’s shared goal and overall strategic objectives.
- Assist in the planning, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services and programmes
- Ensure compliance to the standards of operations
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement
- Manage and report administrative functions
- Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating performance reports
- Strong communication skills and experience in working with or managing teams
- Task and detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical skills
- A degree, preferably in Business Administration/Studies/Management, Engineering or Healthcare related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in Operations/Administration/Data Analysis. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
