Job summary

Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: Up to $4500

Responsibilities

• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including access coordination
• Provide day-to-day end-user support for workplace tools and equipment
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Support site-related projects and readiness activities
• Track requests, issues, and follow-ups through a ticketing system
• Act as a key point of contact between users, vendors, and project team

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in operations, service support, or coordination roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with leadership, project teams, and external partners
• ITIL Foundation certification required (process-focused)
• CompTIA A+ is an advantage
