- Deliver engaging English lessons based on the set curriculum for Primary, Secondary, and international-level students.
- Able to develop own lesson material to teach if centre is not able to provide the lesson content.
- Conduct monthly assessments to monitor and evaluate students’ proficiency levels.
- Track students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Facilitate both online and face-to-face classes (hybrid teaching).
- Create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
- Diploma or higher academic qualification (Degree in English, Education, or related fields preferred).
- Strong command of English, with a clear and engaging teaching style.
- Passionate about teaching and able to inspire students of different backgrounds.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in preparing students for AEIS, IELTS, Duolingo or international entry tests (e.g., iTEP, WIDA, CAT4) will be highly valued.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential to support international learners.
- Candidates with a flexible schedule and prior online teaching experience will be given priority.
