Early Careers Programmes

• Assist the Early Careers team with the administration of the Organisation Scholarship Programme and internship programmes from end-to-end i.e. from recruiting to onboarding scholars and interns.

• Help to plan, coordinate and execute early careers projects and events (e.g. on-campus fairs; award ceremonies, workshops and information sessions) from time to time including but not limited to helping with communications, sourcing of venue, logistic arrangements, managing registrations, database consolidation, and other operational support as assigned.

Employer Branding

• Coordinate event management for key Employer Branding events, such as networking sessions, learning journeys, sponsorship events and annual Aviation Open House.

• Partner with Organisation’s Corporate & Marketing Communications team, recruiting leads and employer brand ambassadors to upkeep the Organisation's Careers and LinkedIn websites in line with Organisation’s latest Employer Brand value proposition.

• Assist with creating and production of content (web and print) for various Employer Brand campaigns.

• Develop and support initiatives to build Employer Brand advocacy amongst employees.

• Assist in strategies to position Company as an employer of choice and working with internal stakeholders to prepare audits, articles and award submissions where required.
