About the Role

Our client is a leading global live entertainment and ticketing platform that partners with international organisers, promoters, and venues to deliver large-scale concerts, theatre shows, festivals, and sports events across Asia and worldwide.

As part of their regional expansion, they are seeking a Business Development professional to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow partnerships across concerts, theatre, festivals, and sports events.
• Identify business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in key international markets.
• Build relationships with promoters, venues, production companies, artiste management teams, and event organisers.
• Analyse market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape to support commercial decision-making.
• Work with internal teams to deliver successful event and ticketing projects.
• Provide on-site support during major events when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in live entertainment, concerts, theatre, sports events, or related industries.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or market expansion across multiple countries is preferred.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market information, develop strategies, and drive business outcomes.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments involving large‑scale event operations.
• Communication skills in English are required for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Chinese) may be advantageous for communication with regional partners.
