About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Catering Manager to oversee and manage our catering operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events while ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end catering operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, menus, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee staffing requirements, including scheduling and on-site supervision
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are met
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare quotations and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare post-event reports and continuously improve service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management
