Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to translate event concepts into visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the event planning, operations and production teams to bring experiences to life through branding, digital and print materials, signage, stage visuals, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visual concepts and branding for events (e.g., logos, style guides, color palettes).
  • Create Key Visuals (KV) and adapt them for booklets, brochures, posters, banners, digital assets, and exhibitions.
    • Banners, signage, and backdrops
    • Social media graphics and digital publicity materials
    • Presentation decks and stage screens
  • Collaborate with event managers and clients to understand creative direction and project goals.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all event-related assets.
  • Prepare files for print production and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Conceptualize ideas for launch mechanisms, exhibitions, and thematic experiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and quality across designs.
