Senior Drafter - External Works & Approvals
Job summary
A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled candidate to prepare external work BP drawings in CAD, liaise with government agencies, and lead a team of drafters to ensure timely approvals for external works. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in C&S and Infrastructural projects and be proficient in AUTOCAD. Knowledge of Revit BIM and Civil 3D software is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Consultancy Firm involved in C&S and Infrastructural projects.
- Knowledge in Revit BIM model / Civil 3D software with relevant training certificate is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Prepare external work BP drawings (in CAD) from various trade information.
- Liaise with government agencies on external works requirement.
- Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulations.
- Compile drawings and documents for government agency submission.
- Attend authority inspections such as CSC inspections.
- Lead a team of drafters to obtain timely approvals.
