Job summary

A leading design studio in Singapore is looking for a Designer/CAD Drafter to create architectural and interior construction drawings. The role includes developing accurate documentation, attending site surveys, and collaborating with team members. Candidates must have a minimum of an ITE/NiTeC in Architectural Drafting or a Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for success in this position and applicants are expected to be proactive and organised.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce accurate architectural and interior construction drawings from design development through to construction stage.
• Update and revise drawing documentation in accordance with design development and changes.
• Attend site surveys and take measurements as required.
• Assist Directors with site coordination and related tasks.
• Work closely with team members to prepare complete drawing documentation.
• Complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines and in accordance with project specifications.

Requirements

Minimum ITE/NiTeC in Architectural Drafting or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in residential interior or architectural projects as a Designer or CAD Drafter.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Good understanding of construction drawings and documentation.

Strong attention to technical details.

Willingness to learn, explore, and contribute to team success.

Positive attitude, well‑organised, and proactive.
