A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional in Tool & Die Making. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in High Speed Stamping, with skills in tool maintenance and precision measurement. The role involves setting up tools for production, conducting quality measures, and supporting process engineers. Candidates should be able to work independently with a focus on safety and compliance in a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Min NTC 2 in Tool & Die Making or Diploma in Tool & Die Making.
• At least five years’ experience in High Speed Stamping industry.
• Able to read Product and Tooling Drawings.
• Able to debug tooling issues based on die strip/tooling progression.
• Able to operate stamping press and ancillary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up tool for production and unload for maintenance.
• Maintain and repair stamping dies for production quality.
• Prepare tool for changeover and troubleshoot tooling.
• Conduct measurements of products based on drawing specifications.
• Comply with Lean Manufacturing documentation guidelines.
