Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Moulding Technician to perform servicing and repairs of molds, coordinate with suppliers, and inspect plastic products. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in moulding and must be able to operate various machining equipment. This position includes daily shift allowances and an attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with minimum 1 year of moulding work experience in the manufacturing field.

Responsibilities

• Mold servicing and repairs
• Coordinate with the supplier on the repair and orders schedule
• Inspection of inserts and plastic products
• Update the mould history records in the Excel Sheet
• Fulfilled and supported the department head's given tasks
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/HOD

Skills

Able to read, write and speak English

Knowledge of operating milling, turning, surface grinding, EDM, wirecut and CNC milling machines

Able to support overtime when needed/arranged

Able to work independently to repair plastic precision moulds

Job description

Moulding Technician

(5-days' work week, 1st shift - 06:45am to 03:00pm)

with daily shift allowances and monthly attendance bonus (T&C applies)

Description of Duties:

• Mold servicing and repairs

• Coordinate with the supplier on the repair and orders schedule
