We are seeking a Hospitality Sales Executive, preferably with hospitality experience, to play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth in the hospitality industry. This role is not just about sales — it’s about cultivating long-term, meaningful relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted partnerships, securing new business opportunities in Singapore and the region, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives through a relationship-driven approach.
Job Requirements
1–3 years’ work experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or having worked in/with hotels
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
Effectively fluent in English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven and relationship-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong multitasking abilities and patience in fast-paced environments
Flexible and adaptable to changing markets and customer demands

Sales & Business Developments
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends
Proactively identify and develop new prospects, while deepening engagement with existing accounts in the hospitality industry
Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions
Collaborate closely with clients to position our offerings as integral to their operations
Identify product improvement opportunities and monitor industry trends and competitive activities
Account Management & Growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and manage receivables effectively
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Maintain consistent follow-ups to strengthen client engagement and encourage repeat business
Reports & Analysis
Compile and analyze market information (e.g., market trends, competitors) to support strategic decision-making
Prepare weekly progress reports and generate monthly sales reports to inform management decisions
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with Singapore HQ and regional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely deliveries
Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to build trust and satisfaction
Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Director
