A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain and Procurement Director to lead supply chain functions across Asia. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience and a degree in Engineering or Business. Responsibilities include building supplier partnerships, driving collaboration, and optimizing supply chain capabilities. Candidates should be prepared for regional travel of 25-30%.
Responsibilities:
Lead S&OP and supply chain functions across Asia (procurement, planning, customer service) to meet KPI targets and corporate goals.
Build strategic supplier partnerships and alternative sourcing to strengthen competitiveness in the region.
Drive strong collaboration across Operations, Commercial and Supply Chain to ensure responsiveness, service quality and on-time delivery.
Improve customer satisfaction (NPS) through superior support and relationship management.
Optimize inventory, planning processes, supply chain capabilities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement global supply chain initiatives and support digital / ERP / planning system strategy.
Provide strong people leadership — coaching, succession planning, culture building, and developing future leaders.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations and uphold highest ethical standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering/ Business
At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain
Regional Exposure – Ability to travel 25-30%
