Working closely with the Group Director, you will help create strategic frameworks for engaging stakeholders and driving cultural change across all SingHealth institutions. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to sustainable healthcare practices in Singapore whilst helping us meet national Environmental, Social, and Governance requirements.

In your role, you will develop and implement strategic communication plans for sustainable environment, clinical services, and healthcare delivery that align with SingHealth's vision and mission. Your responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks and opportunities related to driving systemic organisational change towards sustainability, creating frameworks and roadmaps for stakeholder engagement, and building sustainability awareness across the organisation. You will develop comprehensive staff engagement and communication plans to equip all SingHealth personnel with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve sustainability performance targets. Additionally, you will oversee the setting-up of tools and metrics to track and measure progress in stakeholders’ engagement and involvement in SingHealth's sustainability mission, ensuring we meet both regulatory requirements and our aspirational sustainability goals according to roadmaps and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Psychology or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior working experience in healthcare sector or in regulatory agencies in healthcare or environment would be beneficial
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, or organisational change management will be an advantage
  • Good presentation skills with strong written communication abilities
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently with initiative
