We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive to join our team, providing essential support to our Sales Director. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales workflow, managing critical documentation, and ultimately contributing to our sales excellence.

Sales Workflow Management: Assist the dept in managing the end-to-end sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of leads and opportunities in Salesforce. Streamline work process for backend support, including tenders.
Data Management & Reporting/budgeting: Maintain and update sales data within Salesforce CRM, ensuring its integrity and accuracy. You'll be responsible for pulling reports and assisting in the analysis of sales performance.
Assist in Audit Compliance: Ensure sales processes, documentation, and data entry in Salesforce adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, assisting in the preparation and support of audit requests by providing accurate and organized information.
Presentation & Strategy Support: Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards to support sales strategies and internal meetings. This includes gathering relevant data and formatting it clearly.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive assistant duties to the Sales Director, including calendar management and scheduling meetings
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing sales support processes and documentation, aiming for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Communication Hub: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding sales-related inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential, including data entry, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing paperwork and digital files, especially with an understanding of compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing professional documents and engaging presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
Understanding of sales processes and terminology is a plus.
