A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Inventory Management professional. The role involves monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and managing inbound inventory in alignment with demand forecasts. Candidates should have a minimum degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business. This opportunity provides a competitive salary up to $4300 and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI metrics.
Responsabilités
- Monitor stockholding levels for optimal inventory control.
- Prepare monthly indent reports for reviews.
- Manage inbound inventory according to demand forecasts.
- Develop and track monthly KPI metrics.
- Utilize SAP for managing material SKUs.

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Kallang
- Monitor and report stockholding levels to ensure optimal inventory control.
- Prepare and maintain indent reports for monthly reviews.
- Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in alignment with demand forecasts, commercial strategies, and stockholding requirements.
- Support the development and tracking of monthly KPI metrics; conduct root cause analysis to drive performance improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external reports and present operational KPIs to stakeholders.
- Utilize SAP system efficiently to manage a wide range of material SKUs.
- Support the clients service team in activities such as goods receipt, redressing, write offs, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other operational tasks.
