Job description

Job Scope

• Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping
• Cut & prepare raw meat according to order received
• Preparing frozen raw meat for further processing
• Handle heavy goods (raw meat) from Point A to B
• Clean the walk-in freezer/cold room where raw meat has been stored
• Manage other raw meat-handling workers & assist them where required
• Scheduling work shifts
• Any other work as assigned

Additional Information:

• Physically demanding due to raw meat handling
• Very cold environment due to frozen meat storage
• High working hours due to demand
