The role involves monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with Sales and Production teams, and optimizing warehouse utilization. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales team to forecast demand.

• Optimize warehouse utilization and reduce excess inventory.
• Ensure timely procurement and avoid overstocking.
• Track key metrics such as inventory days and order fulfilment.
• Propose process improvements for inventory control.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Production, and Warehouse.
• Support implementation of ERP for inventory visibility.

• $3000 - $3500 + VB
• Company location: Pioneer
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Job Scope

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, turnover rates, and storage capacity to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to forecast demand and align stock levels with market requirements.
• Work with the Production team to coordinate production schedules with available resources and space constraints.
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse utilization and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
• Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of materials while avoiding overstocking.
• Track and report on key metrics such as inventory days on hand, stock-out frequency, and order fulfilment accuracy.
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency in material handling and inventory control.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Warehouse to ensure smooth communication and alignment of priorities.
• Support the implementation of ERP or digital tools for inventory visibility and planning accuracy.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
