  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert on the Terabite F&B Platform and its full suite of features.

  • Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and configure the platform to suit each site’s operations.

  • Conduct customer onboarding, training sessions, and provide clear documentation and guidance for end users.

  • Deliver timely support and troubleshooting, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal development and product teams to communicate customer feedback and drive platform enhancements.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.

  • Uphold service excellence standards while ensuring continuous improvement in user experience.

Requirements
  • Fresh graduates/ students currently studying for Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
