Overview

We are looking for candidates with strong business acumen to unleash high potential at Hilti, starting as Account Manager. This is no ordinary job. Our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Directly report to Area Sales Manager and work in roles requiring frequent visiting of customers on-site, in construction sites and plants, as well as offices and warehouses.
  • Engage in consultative selling, with professional knowledge in products, market and service as fundamental to develop and grow the assigned sales territories.
  • Identify new sales potential and convert leads into customers, focusing on nurturing relationships with warm and responsive clients rather than traditional cold calling.
  • Handle day-to-day challenging tasks and responsibilities to pave the way toward becoming an ambitious market leader.
What you need is
  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience gained in MNCs
  • Previous experience in Construction would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
  • A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position
