Job summary

A leading landscaping solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Junior/Senior Sales Executive to combine horticulture knowledge with sales skills. You will help businesses and homeowners create inspiring environments with tailored indoor plant solutions. This role offers a 5-day workweek, a salary range of $2,500 - $3,800 MAX, plus commission after probation. Ideal candidates are either entry-level with relevant diplomas or those with sales experience in the industry.

We are seeking a Junior / Senior Sales Executive for our Plantation and Landscaping team. The role offers a 5-day workweek, 8.30am-5.30pm, with a salary range of $2,500 - $3,800 MAX + 14 Days AL. After probation, you will be entitled to a commission of $600-$2000 per month.

Our sales team and HQ are located near Bedok MRT, Singapore.

Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a Sales Executive who can combine plant knowledge with sales acumen to deliver tailored indoor plant and landscaping solutions.
  • You will play a key role in helping businesses and homeowners create environments that are healthier, greener, and more inspiring.
Requirements:
  • Option 1: Entry-level with at least a diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • Option 2: Those with 2 years of industry experience (plants, landscape design, horticulture, or related sales) but willing to switch to a sales role.
Job Scopes:
  • Leverage your horticulture/landscape expertise to understand client needs and recommend suitable plant solutions.
  • Grow our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional consultation, proposals, and creative plant concepts to clients.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
