Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, and GL. The ideal candidate has a degree in accountancy and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with clients. - Responsible for full sets of accounts including AP, AR, and GL.
- Handle GST reporting and filing.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.

Position : Accounts Executive -FULL SETS/AP/AR/GL
Location : Ubi
Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.00am-5.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + 14 days annual leave + Bonus
Duration : Permanent
Industry: Training center
Responsible for full sets of accounts, AP, AR and GL.
Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
Handle GST reporting and filing.
Assist with financial and tax audits.
Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
Responsible for IRAS company-related matters.
Monthly payroll and CPF submission.
Preparation of monthly management report and accompanied with schedules, worksheets and
Assist with annual external audit, and assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts.
- Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
