Job summary
A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to foster client relationships and drive growth in the ERP market. Candidates should have a passion for client-oriented services, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Prior sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory. The role includes responsibilities such as upselling products, meeting performance KPIs, and maintaining accounts in the CRM.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities in ERP market.
- Schedule meetings for updates and gather client feedback.
- Collaborate with in-house analysts to provide solutions for client needs.
- Assist with business and grant proposals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing accounts.
- Meet performance KPIs.
- Update CRM system for reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure strong customer retention base.
- Driving revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resources Planning Software (ERP) market through identifying new opportunities.
- Schedule meetings to present latest updates and gather feedback from clients
- Work closely with inhouse business analysts and functional consultants to provide solution for clients' new requirements.
- Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell company's products to existing accounts.
- Meet accounts performance KPI’s as agreed with you and management.
- Update inhouse CRM system for accounts reporting.
Qualifications
- 2 years and above sales working experienced is preferred
- NO Working Experience Candidates are welcome too
