A leading home furnishing retailer in Singapore is seeking a dedicated customer service representative. You will build relationships with customers, handle enquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience and a passion for helping others. This role requires retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
