• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly.

• Manage the full sales process—from quotations and orders to delivery and after‑sales support.

• Follow up with customers and identify potential upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.

• Work closely with colleagues to execute sales strategies and meet team KPIs.

• Prepare and analyze sales reports to support management decisions.

• Assist with completing customer questionnaires, surveys, and accreditation forms.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–2 years of sales experience.

• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve results.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Team player with a positive attitude and customer‑first mindset.
