Key Responsibilities
  • Apply basic accounting knowledge, including double-entry bookkeeping and accounting terms (e.g., purchase returns, sales returns).
  • Prepare and support Quarterly GST reporting.
  • Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Handle petty cash management.
  • Process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
