A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Senior Key Account Manager to drive strategic engagement with key customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain solutions, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. This role is essential in managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction while promoting data-driven insights across account management. The Regional Senior Key Account Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic engagement, commercial growth, and long-term value creation with a defined portfolio of key regional customers. This position champions the organization's customer-centric strategy, deepening strategic relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of both existing and newly developed solutions.

The role owns the development and execution of strategic account roadmaps, working across internal functions to ensure that customer needs are translated into actionable solutions. This includes shaping responses to RFP/RFQ activities, strengthening the organization's competitive positioning, and ensuring that delivered solutions continue to generate measurable value for customers. Aligned with the organization's ambition to embed data-driven decision-making, the role promotes analytical rigor across customer engagement, solution design, and continuous improvement activities.

The Challenges
Strategic Account Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and multi-year growth roadmaps for assigned regional customers.
  • Serve as the organizations ambassador to key accounts, articulating value, aligning capabilities with customer priorities, and ensuring a strong understanding of the customers evolving business landscape.
  • Drive expansion of wallet share by identifying new opportunities, leveraging market insights, and partnering with internal experts to co-create scalable, data-driven solutions.
Commercial & Revenue Management
  • Lead end-to-end engagement in commercial cycles, including shaping win strategies, crafting compelling RFP/RFQ responses, and collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure competitive proposals.
  • Manage account profitability, proactively addressing revenue leakage and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a high closing ratio through disciplined opportunity qualification and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain trusted senior-level relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, gather feedback, and translate insights into enhancements that strengthen overall value delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, product, IT, finance, and subject-matter experts to ensure customers experience seamless engagement and service excellence.
Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner closely with the regional commercial team to enhance execution efficiency, drive innovation, and introduce initiatives that elevate customer experience.
  • Promote data-driven practices across account management activities, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, uncover improvement opportunities, and measure performance.
  • Engage operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of new solutions and ongoing service enhancements.
What It Takes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international transportation, logistics, or supply chain solutions, with exposure to international order management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience involving direct customer ownership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with demonstrated success in developing and scaling key account relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability and commitment to embedding data-driven insights into decision-making and customer strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional, fast-paced environment.
