Job Description

The Sales Manager responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales operations for paper products (including thermal paper, NCR paper, label paper, and printing paper). Lead a team to assist the Sales Director in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve the company's performance goals and enhance market share.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of key customer accounts, and participate in major negotiations and contract signings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing product and market improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate internal resources (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer quotations, sales contracts, and accounts receivable, controlling sales costs and risks.
  • Organize sales training to enhance team product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyze sales data and performance reports to support management decision‑making.
  • Participate in brand promotion and marketing activities to enhance the company's visibility within the paper industry.
  • Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the paper or related industries, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of thermal paper, NCR paper, and other printing paper products.
  • Excellent market insight, customer relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese; able to independently handle overseas clients.
