Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Channel Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with retail partners to drive sales of our products, including printers, projectors, and IT peripherals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail channel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.
  • Retail Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Training & Support: Educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure effective product representation and sales execution.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Job Requirements
