Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in content management from creation to effectiveness measurement.
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, automated tagging, and content governance.
• Proficient in leveraging AI for content scaling and creative production.

Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate Content Workbench/DAM across various BUs.
• Lead the development of Marketing co-pilot focusing on content scaling.
• Evaluate and onboard new content production tools for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with technology and marketing teams on implementing solutions.
• Govern metadata standards for enhanced asset searchability.
• Provide training to users ensuring feature adherence and best practices.
• Monitor asset performance and recommend content strategy optimizations.
