Job description
Overview

Woodlands Health will be Singapore’s latest Public Healthcare Institution and will provide care to residents in northwest Singapore. Set to open progressively from the end of 2023, the Campus will feature a fully integrated acute and community hospital, specialist outpatient clinics, intermediate and long-term care facilities, and green healing spaces. We will offer a range of acute, sub-acute, rehabilitative and transitional care services, working closely with our partners to provide seamless care within and beyond our Campus. When fully open, WH will operate 1400 beds across 3 care settings.

We are currently looking for a Consultant Anatomical Pathologist to join us on this exciting journey in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology service.

Responsibilities
  • Report both histopathology and cytopathology cases, including frozen sections and fine-needle aspiration specimens.
  • Participate in quality assurance programmes, multidisciplinary meetings, and institutional or departmental committees.
Qualifications
  • Interested candidates must be registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification from the Royal College of Pathologists or the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, or a qualification recognised by these bodies.
