We’re now seeking a Sales Consultant | Digital Business Executive to drive new business and manage client growth across our full suite of services. This is a performance-driven role with clear progression, attractive incentives, and the opportunity to grow with one of Singapore’s most dynamic digital agencies.
Position Details
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: 64D Kallang Pudding Road #09-00 Tannery Building Singapore 349323
- Compensation: Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Incentives (Top performers can gross $6,000–$8,000 or more monthly)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business – Prospect, pitch, and secure clients through outreach, networking, and consultative sales.
- Consult & Advise – Understand client challenges and craft tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Build Relationships – Develop long-term partnerships with SMEs and corporate clients.
- Present & Influence – Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that convert.
- Negotiate & Close – Structure win-win agreements aligned with both client goals and EDM33’s objectives.
- Collaborate – Work closely with internal marketing, SEO, and creative teams for smooth execution.
- Stay Ahead – Keep updated on digital marketing trends, government grant opportunities, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience with proven results (cold-calling included)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS sales is a strong plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace
