A technology firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled software developer with extensive experience in Java and AWS. The role involves providing hands-on support, developing proof-of-concepts, and ensuring compliance with best practices. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. AWS certifications and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in building and managing applications.
- Strong experience in integrating applications with supporting systems/tools like 2FA, identity Providers (IdP).
- AWS Certification – Solution Architect Associate and Developer Associate.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support including prototyping and coding.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and Java/Web applications on AWS.
- Support build, deployment, and testing phases.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in building and managing applications.
- Strong experience in Java technologies (e.g., SpringBoot / SpringBatch) is a must.
- Angular JS proficiency.
- Strong experience in integrating application with supporting systems/tools like 2FA, identity Providers (IdP).
- Strong experience in supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud.
- Hands‑on, detailed and a team player exemplifying the “can‑do” attitude.
- AWS Certification – Solution Architect Associate and Developer Associate.
- Experienced in application and engineering.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
