Job summary
A global real estate services firm is seeking a Building Optimisation Officer in Singapore. This role focuses on data analysis and operational optimization for building management, requiring strong experience in IoT, data analytics, and engineering data management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and has a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. You will work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to improve performance metrics and develop business intelligence dashboards.
