About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Optimisation Officer, you'll be responsible in the analysis of data and operational optimization for an assigned portfolio.

What You'll Do :
  • Analyse the data coming from Subcontractors’ management platform and work with the Subcontractors to optimise manpower and resource allocation.
  • Analyse the data in both CBRE and Client's systems / solutions to translate the data into operational insights, perform hotspots analysis, trends analysis and detect abnormalities.
  • Utilise the insights and recommend key action plans to pre-empt and predict any deterioration of any equipment and persisting issues.
  • Tracking, analysis of repeated failure equipment / systems and complaints of poor performance of operations.
  • Ensure site performance such as response time, resolution time, utilities consumption across the contract portfolio complies to standards imposed by the Client.
  • Identify anomalies in the building performance such as higher than usual utilities consumption, higher than usual fault reported etc.
  • Analyse the equipment operating parameters in order to optimise the running conditions.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement fault rules to pick up anomalies in the equipment.
  • Drive conditional, predictive and diagnostic maintenance within the portfolio.
  • Development of business intelligence dashboards as per requirements.
What You'll Need :
  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related industries with strong understanding of building management, building automation and BMS systems, with a focus on IoT, data analytics and engineering data management
  • Understands building utility bills and has knowledge of establishing baseline and regression analysis.
  • A good understanding of APIs, data manipulation, technical architecture, design and operations of cloud IoT platforms and their associated technologies e.g. MQTT, RESTful API, SSL TLS.
  • Solid experience with data analytics concepts and visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar
  • Strong communication & time management skills
