About the Role:
As a CBRE Building Optimisation Officer, you'll be responsible in the analysis of data and operational optimization for an assigned portfolio.
What You'll Do :
- Analyse the data coming from Subcontractors’ management platform and work with the Subcontractors to optimise manpower and resource allocation.
- Analyse the data in both CBRE and Client's systems / solutions to translate the data into operational insights, perform hotspots analysis, trends analysis and detect abnormalities.
- Utilise the insights and recommend key action plans to pre-empt and predict any deterioration of any equipment and persisting issues.
- Tracking, analysis of repeated failure equipment / systems and complaints of poor performance of operations.
- Ensure site performance such as response time, resolution time, utilities consumption across the contract portfolio complies to standards imposed by the Client.
- Identify anomalies in the building performance such as higher than usual utilities consumption, higher than usual fault reported etc.
- Analyse the equipment operating parameters in order to optimise the running conditions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement fault rules to pick up anomalies in the equipment.
- Drive conditional, predictive and diagnostic maintenance within the portfolio.
- Development of business intelligence dashboards as per requirements.
What You'll Need :
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related industries with strong understanding of building management, building automation and BMS systems, with a focus on IoT, data analytics and engineering data management
- Understands building utility bills and has knowledge of establishing baseline and regression analysis.
- A good understanding of APIs, data manipulation, technical architecture, design and operations of cloud IoT platforms and their associated technologies e.g. MQTT, RESTful API, SSL TLS.
- Solid experience with data analytics concepts and visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar
- Strong communication & time management skills
