BMS Technician
Job summary
A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role involving BMS operations and HVAC maintenance. Responsibilities include monitoring system alerts, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing diagnosis and repairs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and relevant vocational qualifications. This position offers opportunities to optimize building management systems and ensure high system performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Continuously observe the BMS for any alarms or deviations from normal operation.
- Take prompt action to address system alerts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Modify parameters within the BMS to optimize system performance based on occupancy, temperature, or other factors.
- Document all actions taken and generate reports on system performance and energy consumption.
- Performing preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking components.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults, replacing components like compressors, filters, and ductwork.
- Servicing ACMV systems, including chemical washes, overhauls, and general maintenance.
Education
