A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Executive for SCM Trade & Process Management. This role involves ensuring compliance within trade regulations and driving project completion. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work in teams, and familiarity with BI tools are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management and Supply Chain operations experience in the Hi-Tech industry.
  • Strong trade compliance and regulatory experience within ASEAN & Pakistan regulatory organizations.
  • Proficient in developing customized reports/dashboards using BI tools.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure all trade compliance, regulations and chemical status are updated/followed to achieve zero incident
  • Develop customized reports / dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility
  • Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends
  • Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time
  • Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are update to date
  • Establish, implement and provide defined corporate compliance training, facilitate audit process in partnering regionalmanagement to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics/ Business Administration
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management, Supply Chain operations experience in Hi Tech industry.
  • Strong trade compliance, regulatory experience & understanding within ASEAN & Pakistan regulatory organisations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using BI tool.
  • Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes
  • Facilitation and leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department/cross function.
  • Project skills to implement project smoothly & on time.
