Responsibilities

• Process export/import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits).
• Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment.
• Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve process.

Job Requirements

• SAP knowledge
• Import & export documentation experience
• Letter of Credit and bank negotiation experience
• With chemical background/experience is added advantage
