Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead trade compliance (STC), import/export regulations, and FTA determination across the SEA region
• Ensure all SCM and trade regulations, processes, and workflows are up to date and followed
• Maintain and analyse supply chain data to generate meaningful insights and improvement actions
• Develop and deliver management reports and visual dashboards using BI tools
• Drive cost‑effective, high‑quality, and compliant supply chain projects
• Propose and implement process improvements based on data trends and analysis
• Ensure all assigned projects are tracked and completed on time
• Achieve zero compliance incidents through strict regulatory and chemical status control
• Lead compliance training, audits, and internal control initiatives
• Partner with regional management to align and enforce corporate compliance policies

Requirements:

• Strong trade compliance and regulatory expertise across ASEAN and Pakistan
• Solid experience in import/export and STC compliance management
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience using BI tools
• Proven project management skills with ability to deliver on time
• Experience in supply chain operations within the Hi‑Tech industry (3–5 years)
• Good knowledge of key SCM functions (planning, customer service, warehouse, logistics)
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office tools
• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
