Client Success & Order Management Specialist
Job summary
A multinational company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating client business requirements, addressing inquiries timely, and providing operational support. Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in Business and have 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with benefits and operates from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in customer service/order management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of client’s business requirements ensuring good service levels.
- Provide customer service support for client’s inquiries and requirements.
- Advise clients on delivery schedule and inventory availability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements.
- Provide business reports to Management and clients.
