We are looking for a driven and hands‑on HR Manager who is ready to take ownership of the HR function and grow together with the organisation. This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and wants meaningful exposure to business decision‑making.
You will work closely with management and department heads, shaping people policies, strengthening culture, and building scalable HR systems as the company continues to grow.
Own and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
Translate business needs into practical HR policies, frameworks, and processes that are scalable and compliant with Singapore employment regulations.
Partner closely with management on manpower planning, organisation structure, and talent development.
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance while remaining hands‑on with day‑to‑day operations when needed.
Drive recruitment strategy and employer branding to attract and retain the right talent.
Design and improve performance management frameworks, including KPIs, appraisal processes, and engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters professionally, including disciplinary cases and conflict resolution.
Oversee payroll review, HR reporting, and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, MOM reporting).
Champion a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture.
Plan and oversee employee engagement and bonding activities.
Continuously improve HR processes using technology, data, and best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
6–9 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Comfortable operating in an SME or growth‑stage environment where adaptability and initiative are key.
Hands‑on, proactive, and confident in making decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly with management and employees.
Experience in Construction Industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
