Job summary

A leading consulting company in Singapore is seeking a Regional FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning and analysis across the APAC region. The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, support budgeting processes, and provide strategic insights. Candidates should have a degree in Finance or Accounting, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills, especially in Excel and financial modelling. Qualifications

Job description
Overview:

The Regional FP&A Analyst will support end-to-end financial planning and analysis across the APAC region, driving visibility into business performance and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional financial reporting and performance analysis, preparing monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial plans.
  • Provide insights and analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and hybrid reports (Excel and digital tools).
  • Partner with country teams to monitor inventory, distributor performance, and regional trends.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in FP&A or regional finance within a distribution, industrial, or B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and financial modelling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
