Job summary
A leading precision engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in quality management within a related field, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to improve operational efficiency. This role includes managing audits, customer complaints, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Management in similar industry.
- 3+ years in management level.
- Good knowledge in implementing Quality Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the Quality Assurance programs and policies.
- Implement and maintain auditing systems for quality assurance.
- Manage customer complaints and corrective action programs.
