About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll keep the autonomous vehicle operations running like clockwork — from the depot to the road. Your mission? Ensure every vehicle is safe, ready, and performing at its best. You’ll orchestrate people, processes, and technology to deliver flawless operations in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment. This role blends fleet management, shift planning, leadership, and hands‑on problem‑solving — making you the heartbeat of AV testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary on‑site contact for daily AV depot operations.
  • Oversee vehicle readiness, including charging, cleaning, inspections, and software updates.
  • Coordinate shift schedules and maintain accurate logs for fleet status, attendance, and incidents.
  • Liaise with vendors, fleet teams, and support services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Escalate operational issues promptly to relevant teams for resolution.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face‑to‑face engagements
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and data management tools
  • Comfortable working in outdoor carpark settings; this is a non‑desk role
  • Independent, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must hold a valid Class 3A driver’s license
