Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist providing operational and reporting support to the APAC PoP fulfillment operations. The successful candidate is a fast learner and will work with a cross-functional team to implement and drive reliable logistics services.

1. Manage logistics fulfillment to support infra sites.
2. Identify and track opportunities for continuous improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service levels and operations.
3. Manage and ensure timely, compliant systematic receipts at vendor-managed locations.
4. Manage vendors to fulfill inventory and asset management requirements, including month-end validations, SOX compliance audits, and inventory transactions to meet operational objectives.
5. Refine and maintain documentation of processes and policies for safe and effective logistics operations.
6. Manage invoice and receipt exceptions, analyze issue trends, and work with internal teams and vendors to resolve them.
7. Build reports and dashboards to recommend operational insights and trends.

• 3+ years' experience in freight management, distribution, logistics/reverse logistics, or similar.
• Experience in supply chain optimization, best practices, and process implementation.
• Understanding of international freight, trade, and compliance in APAC.
• Experience with warehouse inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite tools, and database analysis.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience working across internal and external business partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement skills.
