We are seeking for talented professional, to drive and enable the vision of World’s Best and Safest Bank.

About this Role

Strategic Program Management function of Group Technology COO function is responsible for strategy development and program management. The role is responsible for managing and leading the strategy and roadmap for transformation programs. Program manager needs to work closely with the stakeholders across the bank to plan, implement and drive technology programs and related projects within the AGILE framework. This role will play an integral role in ensuring the success of these programs and be a change agent for the way programs and projects are run.

Responsibilities
  • Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy / roadmap (SG and regionally).
  • Obtain buy-in / approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
  • Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units/ teams (including auditors) to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Ensure that implementation actions and challenges are identified and addressed effectively.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables (which includes verification of deliverable outcomes, documentation etc.) to render benefits outlined in the business case for the assigned program
  • Responsible for leadership and regulatory updates (e.g. Steering Committee meetings) to provide visibility on project milestones and status to drive key decisions.
  • Ability to link technicalities to strategic intent
  • Lead strategic programs that integrate platform operating models and journey-focused methodologies, ensuring cohesive, end-to-end delivery across our technology landscape.
  • Champion a customer journey first mindset across all programs, ensuring that technology initiatives are designed to optimise customer experience end to end
  • Effectively manage and influence stakeholders with competing priorities, addressing concerns, while maintaining focus on achieving the desired outcomes
Requirements
  • 6 – 8 years’ of relevant experience in program management.
  • Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to influence key stakeholders with data-driven and insightful point of view.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act as in a consultative manner with both business and IT leaders to align strategy
  • Skilled in optimizing platform operating models and ensuring they are aligned with strategic, business and customer-centric goals.
  • Knowledge in technical program management methodologies.
  • Ability to understand and work at technical-level and summarize communications at strategic and executive level for business stakeholders and senior executives
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
  • Experience in auditing, or risk management will be a plus
