Qualifications

Finance & HR Executive

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance & HR Executive to oversee the company’s financial, HR, and administrative operations.
This role involves managing accounting tasks, payroll processing, recruitment, statutory compliance, and performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Handle full sets of accounts including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system (similar to Xero).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and KPI performance tracking.
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries for audits and statutory filings.
  • Manage staff expense claims, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Manage the full HR cycle— from recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to manpower movement tracking.
  • Handle CPF submissions, monthly payroll processing, and ensure compliance with MOM and IRAS requirements.
  • Administer employee KPIs, performance tracking, and related HR documentation.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) through relevant government portals.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor management, and document filing.
  • Prepare quotations, progress claims, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Liaise with government agencies, service providers, and vendors on HR and administrative matters.
  • Support management with manpower planning, reports, and ad hoc HR/finance tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR functions.
  • Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, IRAS, and MOM statutory requirements.
  • Experience in KPI tracking, payroll reconciliation, and manpower administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
