Job Description:

We are looking for a highly responsible and passionate Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in accounting, previous experience in a similar role, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key accounts and drive success within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of client accounts, ensuring all accounting processes are accurate and timely.

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for clients.

• Provide expert guidance and advice on accounting matters to clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of financial projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Monitor and resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies promptly.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving for clients.

• Any other ad-hoc job duties as assign.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Assistant or in a similar role with strong accounting knowledge.

• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• A proactive, responsible, and passionate attitude toward your work.

• Previous experience in managing client accounts and handling financial operations.

• LCCI, ACCA, Diploma or Degree in Accountancy

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Able to meet deadlines work under tight schedules

• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
