A local manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Admin to manage financial tasks and support daily operations. Candidates should possess a diploma in Accountancy or related fields and have 1-2 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Mandarin is required to liaise with clients. This full-time role involves working on-site at MacPherson/Ubi, with standard hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts management or administration.
- Able to work independently and be detail-oriented.
- Mandarin proficiency necessary for client and supplier interactions.
Responsabilités
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and petty cash.
- Assist with monthly closing and GST/CPF submissions.
- Prepare invoices and basic financial reports.

- Manage accounts payable/receivable, staff claims, petty cash, and bank reconciliation
- Assist with monthly closing, GST/CPF submissions, and audit preparation
- Prepare invoices, payments, and basic financial reports
- Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation
- Support daily admin tasks such as purchasing, office supplies, and correspondence
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and government agencies when required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Admin (or equivalent)
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers)
