Job summary
A leading finance recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to manage daily finance operations and oversee monthly accounts reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the healthcare sector, strong knowledge of local accounting rules, and proficiency in Excel and Xero. - At least 5 years of supervisory experience in finance in the healthcare/medical industry.
- Good knowledge of local accounting, tax, and GST rules.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as Xero.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance operations such as payments, billings, and general ledger updates.
- Oversee monthly accounts review and reconciliation.
- Check and process vendor invoices and staff claims accurately.
- Work closely with clinic teams on budgeting and cash flow.
- Supervise the finance team and improve processes for efficiency.

- Check and process vendor invoices, staff claims, and patient refunds accurately.
- Work closely with clinic and operations teams on budgeting, cash flow, and financial tracking.
- Supervise and guide the finance team and help improve work processes for better efficiency.
- ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in doing finance in the healthcare/medical industry.
- Good knowledge of local accounting, tax, and GST rules.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as Xero.
